My education is as follows: ChFC {Charter Financial Consultant} and CLU {Charter Life Underwriter} Designations from the American College. Master’s Degree of Professional Studies and Bachelor of Science Degree from C.W. Post College.
Don and Merrie, his wife of 36-years, reside on the Southern Smith Farm in Dunnellon, Florida. Each of their 3 children has achieved success in their own right: Amie owns and manages her own business, Donnie is a long-time, multi-unit, restaurant manager, and Kerrie is an elementary school teacher and mother of their Grandson Noah.
Well known as a fiscal conservative and financial watchdog with a sharp pencil, Don served as the Mayor of an upscale coastal community providing highly acclaimed public service while presiding over the region's lowest tax rates. Don's hobbies and memberships include; scuba diving, golf, fishing, and traveling. He is a member of the Outer Banks Gun Club and Tea Party Solutions of Ocala, Fl.
