This helps me recommend products and strategies designed to meet their current needs, and more importantly, their future needs.
Jim is a Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) performer. MDRT, the premier Association of Financial Professionals, is an international, independent association of the world's leading life insurance and financial services professionals from more than 430 companies in 78 countries. MDRT members demonstrate exceptional professional knowledge, strict ethical conduct and outstanding client service. MDRT membership is recognized internationally as the standard of sales excellence in the life insurance and financial services business.
Prior to joining MassMutual, Jim spent 19 years in corporate America in the learning, marketing, brand management, and advertising functions with Leo Burnett, Constellation Brands and Ardent Learning. Jim has worked on high profile brands such as Volvo, BMW, Mazda, Marlboro, Miller Lite, Paul Masson, Kodak, and Xerox. His wide range of experience includes automotive, consumer-packaged goods, technology, business-to-business, and higher education.
His "can-do" attitude and solid leadership skills were honed in the military where he served as an officer and Cobra attack helicopter aviator, leading organizations of up to 140 people. Jim graduated with honors from Niagara University with a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing.
Jim resides in San Clemente, California where he enjoys spending time with his four children (Megan, Tom, Brian, and Mary). Megan recently graduated with honors from Boston College, Tom is a junior at Boston University, Brian started his freshman year at Fordham University in 2011, and Mary is a sophomore in high school.
Jim is a passionate soccer referee, certified as a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) State-level referee and a high school referee. Jim is also a board member with the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) where he is responsible for over 200 referees.
