Biography
A musician and an entrepreneur, Judith O’Brien joined the financial services industry after more than 25 years of experience running her own company and managing several regional symphony orchestras. As a Financial Advisor with Capital Financial Partners, a general agency of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual), the pursuit of excellence remains her practice’s fundamental core. Judith applies her attention to detail and fine-tuned, process-driven analysis to help business owners and their families protect and grow their assets with harmonic balance.
Judith believes in the importance of informed, skilled support and an ongoing education. She earned the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC) and Certified in Long Term Care (CTLC) professional designations, and is currently pursuing additional accreditations. Judith holds her Series 7 and 66 securities registrations, as well as life and health insurance licenses. By upholding her professional credentials, many of which require rigorous studies, Judith works to ensure clients always receive the highest level of educated perspectives. The financial world is ever evolving, and her continuous commitment also helps her deliver modern, relevant guidance in every wealth stage.
Judith’s dedicated support expands beyond her clients to include vast community engagement. She is involved with the American Business Women’s Association, the Greater Richmond Chamber of Commerce, the Network of Enterprising Women, the National Association of Women Business Owners and the Alzheimer’s Association of Greater Richmond. Judith also actively participates in her daughter’s school and her church.
